Example.1

I can sleep in 3 seconds.

*秒(びょう):second
This is polite potential form!
寝られる→寝られます。^^
That is so fast!!xD haha

Example.2
もうこれ以上食べられないよ〜。( ;∀;)
I cannot eat any more than this.

*以上(いじょう):more than ~
I always be like that situation when I go to eat Yakiniku!LOL

Example.3
相手のチームが強いので、ゴールが決められない!( ;∀;)
Because of the opponent team is strong so we can’t get a goal.

*ゴールを決める:get a goal
