How to use “want” in Japanese

want+noun=nounが欲しい
*欲しい(ほしい):want

don’t want=欲しくない/いらない
いらない also means “don’t need”.

<<Positive Form>>
Example.1
プラダのバッグが欲しい( ´∀`)
 I want a bag of Prada.

ダメーーー!XD
高いよーーー!XD haha
Many man would say so if you asked that. Lol

Example.2
車と家とお金が欲しい( ・∇・)
I want a car and a house and money.

Too much !! XD 
But I want them too! XD haha

Example.3
誕生日は何が欲しい?(*゚∀゚*)
What do you want for your birthday?

*誕生日(たんじょうび):birthday

I want a CAR mamaaaa XD

Example.1
この車欲しい?(*゚∀゚*)
Do you want this car?

いらない〜(´∀`*)
No I don’t want that.

Who say that!? I want the car!!XD

Example.2
欲しいの?欲しくないの??(`ω´ )
You want this? or you don’t?

いらない〜( *`ω´)
I don’t need it or I don’t want it.

Japanese people don’t say “~は欲しくない” form often.
We use “いらない” instead of “~は欲しくない” even though “いらない” means more close to “don’t need” in English.
